Stay with us and enjoy laid back vacation with our 4 bedrooms, and a 2-bath Lake Vacation Home, on the Gravois Arm, with your private dock on the 6 MM, close to Coconuts. Private dock with boat slip, lily pad, and game room. With floor to ceiling window view of the lake in the upper family game room. Dining for all 12 guests together making nice meals and grilling out on the gas grill. There is plenty of room for all 12 guests with two family rooms, an Upper level, a comfortable sofa, 2 futons, and a Smart TV. Games room. Lower level, sofa, fireplace, TV, and relaxing Lake View.

4 private bedrooms. The upper level is the 1)bunk room with 2 bunks, 2) 2 twin/full, lower level 3) master queen bedroom, and 4) 2 twins. The main level has a washer/dryer.
Many updates with remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, and paint. Roasting marshmallows around the firepit, bask in the warm sun on the dock and enjoy time swimming in the lake. Great area for hiking and enjoying Mother Nature’s beauty. Venture to many restaurants in the area, Coconuts, Maggies, Jolly Rodgers (boat), and close to the grocery store. Boat rentals are close by and the Public ramp is just 10 minutes away. Fishing is excellent from the dock. Check out the pictures! Parking for 7 cars. Mostly payment to the home, small gravel road into the neighborhood.
