We enjoy having guests stay at our 3-bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. Brand New 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home:
-Living Room:  Leather Sofa, 2 comfy chairs, 65″ smart, flat screen TV, coffee/end tables
-Kitchen: large island with 2 comfy bar stools, extremely well equipped, stainless fridge with water & ice, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee island with creamer warmer
– Laundry: Brand New High washer/dryer – between garage and kitchen, so it’s accessible but quieter!
– Large table for 6 -games, puzzles – an assortment of books, cards, and puzzles available
– King bed: new mattress, large TV, nightstands, walk-in closet, large 2 sink ensuite, walk-in tiled shower
– Queen bedroom: with new mattress, dresser, nightstands, large closet
– 2nd Bathroom with tiled tub and shower
– 3rd Bedroom is a nice queen new bed and large closet with lamps with a phone charger.
– Large Screened 15′ x 10′ Lanai -enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks, 4 seater dining table with 4 high top chairs
– Outdoor Patio Area Web gas grill
– All towels, linens, beach towels, bedding, blankets and initial paper, soap, and cleaning supplies are included

Nearby you’ll find Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center full of planned indoor and outdoor activities, Kayaking, a Firepit, Nature pathways, and waterside boardwalks.

Villagers in The Village of St. Johns will also enjoy being just a bridge away from the Water Lily Recreation Center, Everglades Recreation Complex, Magnolia Plaza Shopping (Publix), and Hogeye Preserve Pathway.

For those who love golf, there’s a course at every level of play available nearby- 2 Pitch & Putt, Clifton Cove Putting Course, 8 Executive Golf Courses, including Lowlands Executive Course, and the Southern Oaks Championship Golf and many more just a short cart ride away.

Comfortable furniture, very clean, and we make it feel like home. A golf cart is included and activities are an extra for the passes.
